Bart Brink has extensive experience in tax planning, business planning, estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, wills/trusts, probate, trust administration, guardianship, asset protection, corporations, commercial and business law, tax-exempt organizations, real estate law and closings, and employee benefits.

Mr. Brink graduated from Levin College of Law’s Juris Doctorate program with honors. In that program at the University of Florida he concentrated on commercial law, real estate law and estate planning. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, he continued his legal studies, graduating with an advanced law degree, a Master of Laws in Taxation from Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. His taxation classes included corporate income, partnership, tax-exempt organizations, state and local, international, federal income, and accounting. He has also practiced in Jacksonville, Florida before moving to Brevard County.

He is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section, the Business Law Section, and the Tax Law Section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Brink’s clients include individuals and business entities of all types and sizes.

Mr. Brink enjoys educating clients and the public and resolving complicated issues. Prior to his legal studies and practice, Mr. Brink received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Palm Beach Atlantic University, graduating summa cum laude. Subsequently he became a staff writer for a magazine and a teacher of English for high school students, including speakers of other languages.

Mr. Brink has continued his pursuits mentoring students as an adjunct professor for legal classes and is a frequent lecturer for the Small Business Development Center Network for the SBA at Eastern Florida State College. He has been an Ambassador for the Cocoa Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and a President and Vice-President of local Business Networking International chapters. Also, he has been a Board Member of the Space Coast Chapter of the American Red Cross and a Board Member of Bridges (formerly ARC of Brevard).
